The patient’s care team may send messages to the patient, and may also see the level of engagement the patient has with the educational materials.
Here is how it works...
The provider invites a patient to connect using the Rebound app. This gives the patient a single point of contact without revealing the provider's personal mobile number.
Patients are free to ask questions about their care using a familiar chat interface. Rebound automatically sends the question to the care team member on call.
Better engagement through Rebound leads to better clinical outcomes. Patients recover faster and enjoy a more satisfying health encounter overall.
